Make, Do and Mend with Instructor Dawn Hopkins

This workshop is the beginning of a series of workshops that will teach you the basics of hand and machine sewing.  This first class will focus on mending a seam, repairing a ripped seam in jeans or under a button.  No experience in sewing is required.  This is a life skill that can save you money as well as extend the life of a shirt, pants or blouse.  Open to ages 12 to 100.  All materials are provided.  Bring an open mind and an eagerness to learn.  Also, bring a snack or light lunch with a drink.
