Introduction to Crochet

Scarves are a great fashion statement. Wouldn’t you like to make one for yourself as a gift?  Sherry Dane will get you started on your scarf during this class. First, you will learn to do the basic stitches.  After you feel comfortable with those, you will begin your project.  You will need to bring the yarn you’d like to use for your scarf.  Usually, the packaging will tell you what size crochet needle to get.  If you want to practice on samples or a small project, Sherry will have yarn you can use.   This will allow you to learn without committing to a project right away.
